Focusing Your Energy-Episode 47

Do you ever get so many ideas or have so much on your plate that you don’t know where to start? Don’t know what you should focus on first?  In this episode, I go over one simple technique for us to focus our energy and our attention when we feel scattered.

Here are the steps:

Get into a comfy position.
If you can visualize, Great! If not, No Problem! Talk or See yourself through these next parts.
You are Firmly Connected to Mother Earth with your Feet.
You see your talk yourself through becoming like a Lightning Rod, Connected with the Earth and Connected to the Sky.
Reach your attention up to the Sky and Call Back your Energies from anywhere they were focused.
See or Feel your energies flowing back to you now. All in your Highest Good, for Your Highest Benefit.
Think, Say, Intend that anything not in your Highest Good will just fall away and never enter your energy field again.
Say or Think that you are open and receptive to your Soul, Higher Self, Guides (insert what you are comfortable with here). For Inspiration, Guidance, and Focus.
Pay attention to what comes to mind. Where are you drawn? Any particular project? Does anything you have been meaning to do spark some sense of fun and joy? What about fulfillment? Doing those first (responsibilities permitting of course) can bring you a strong sense of accomplishment and Happiness!

That’s It! You can stay in the moment, relax, and start creating, doing, planning, etc…. or you can go about your day. Your energies will naturally relax again on their own. Doing this whenever we feel scattered can help us focus and feel more connected to our inner self.

The more you practice this, the easier and faster it gets!
