What is a Simmer Pot?

    Have you ever heard about cooking with Intention? This is a way to do just that even when you don’t feel like cooking food. Put water into a pot. Gather any ingredients that create the smell, vibes, energies, and intentions that you are going for! Let it sit and cook as long as you want.
Here are some common and not so common items for a Simmer Pot. I have added common meanings for each as a quick reference for you.

I love eggs! They are wonderful for absorbing icky or Positive Energies! I added a name to each egg, 1 for each member of my little family. These eggs will soak up some of the Energies I am cultivating within the pot. I will then ‘plant’ them outside to help these Energies Grow as they help the trees I plant them near grow and flourish!

Celebrating Halloween and Samhain

In this episode, I discuss some ways to Celebrate Halloween, Samhain, and honoring our Ancestors during this time of year. I go over some methods in setting up an Ancestor Altar and connecting with them. Disclaimer: I do get emotional in this episode as a couple of family members made the transition last December and this is a time of year where I feel them even more deeply. Emotions tend to run high during this season. That is Normal. Staying grounded can help a lot. Writing letters to our passed on loved ones, can help us move through this grief and feel the comfort and support offered to us all.

Moving through fear into Growth!- Episode 49

In this episode, I speak about Moving Through Fear and being open to Heart Centered connections! I use a meditation journey I had this morning as an example. I released this episode earlier than my normal Thursday timeframe due to the Super Blue Moon rising up tomorrow into the 31st.  Many of us are experiencing shifts of perception and fear is a very common initial reaction. Remember, first impressions are NOT based in fact.... They are based off of our conditioning and old patterns, old limiting beliefs. Those are Not based in truth at all. Use your intuition and your heart to gain the clarity you need to  discern your truth. I Love You. I Support You.
